Color Consulting Services
Choosing colors for any painting project can be challenging and is often a daunting prospect for
the typical homeowner. While your painting contractor can offer some advice, his or her primary
job and expertise is to get your project done properly, and as efficiently as possible.
As we've noticed over the years, however, most clients could use additional guidance when it
comes time to make color selections. To help ease and facilitate the process, without straining the
budget, A Coat Above Painting offers in-house Color Consulting Services in conjunction with a
scheduled painting project or separately, if desired.
Barbara Morucci provides these services and is well versed in the trade as A Coat Above's
business/marketing manager for more than 20 years. As a colorist, she applies her diverse artistic
background, communication skills and keen eye to helping others find the best color match. Along
with experience in publishing/graphic design, in-house fashion at Banana Republic and studio art,
Barbara is currently pursuing certification in Color & Design.
An initial Color Consultation session costs $150, which includes a two-hour visit and $30 in color
sample materials. Further color consulting is available for $75/hour plus materials.
